Four routes to contract
SDVOSB set-aside, as prime
We pursue set-asides in our NAICS codes, and at the VA under the Veterans First contracting program (38 U.S.C. §8127, VAAR Subpart 819.70), where SDVOSBs hold first priority and the Rule of Two applies above the micro-purchase threshold.
Simplified acquisition
For requirements under the simplified acquisition threshold we can be on contract quickly. Ask for a quote.
As a subcontractor
We team with vehicle holders who need software engineering, modernization, test automation or AI implementation depth. Because we are an SBA-certified SDVOSB, we are a similarly situated entity under FAR 52.219-14: on an SDVOSB set-aside task order, our workshare counts toward your self-performance requirement.
