Who we are

What we collect

Information you choose to send us. The contact page has a form with these fields: name, organization, email, agency or prime, solicitation or notice number, and what you need. The form does not send anything to a server. When you press Send, your own email program opens a message addressed to tyland.hunter@cydeo.com. Nothing reaches us unless you send that email. If you do, we receive that email, including your email address and anything you wrote or attached. The same applies if you email us directly. If you call us, we receive what you tell us and may see your phone number.

Technical data processed by our hosting provider. The site is hosted by Vercel. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Vercel processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, your browser's user agent, the page you requested, and the time of the request. Vercel handles this data under its own privacy policy. We do not use it for analytics or advertising.

The capability statement. You can download our capability statement PDF without giving us any information.

What we do not use. The site uses no cookies, no browser storage (such as localStorage or sessionStorage), no analytics tools, no advertising networks, no tracking pixels, and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from the site itself, not from a font provider.

How we use information

We use the information you send us to:

• answer your inquiry;
• evaluate and pursue the opportunity you describe, such as a solicitation, a sources-sought notice, or a teaming arrangement;
• keep business records of our correspondence; and
• secure the site and our systems.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share information with

We share personal information only:

• with service providers that run our systems for us: our hosting provider (Vercel) and our email provider (Google Workspace);
• when required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order; and
• with your consent. For example, we will ask before passing your inquiry to a teaming partner.

How long we keep information

We keep inquiry emails while we respond and pursue the opportunity they describe, then for up to three years as business records. Vercel's privacy policy describes how long Vercel keeps its technical logs.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive. No internet transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it.

Email is not a secure channel. Please do not send classified information, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or anything else you may not share by ordinary email. If an opportunity requires that, tell us and we will agree on another method.

Children

The site is for businesses and government organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. We do not track visitors over time or across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so through the site. Because there is no tracking, the site does not change its behavior when it receives a DNT signal: there is nothing for the signal to turn off. The same is true of Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Your choices

You decide what, if anything, to send us. You can also ask us to:

• tell you whether we hold emails you sent us, and give you a copy;
• correct information in them; or
• delete them.

To make a request, email tyland.hunter@cydeo.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or write to the address above. We may ask you to confirm that you control the email address the request is about. We will respond within 45 days. We may keep information when the law requires us to.

We honor these requests from any visitor, wherever they live.

Links to other sites

The site does not link to other websites. If that changes, or you follow a link we send you, the other site's privacy policy applies, and we are not responsible for its practices.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the revised version on this page with a new effective date. If we decide to add cookies, analytics, or any other tracking, we will update this policy before we add them.
