By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

The site is informational, not an offer

The site describes CYDEO Federal and its capabilities. Nothing on it is a bid, quote, proposal, or binding offer, and nothing on it creates a contract, a teaming agreement, or any obligation to provide goods or services.

A contract with CYDEO Federal is formed only by a written agreement signed by both parties or by an award document, such as a contract or order issued by an authorized contracting officer. If you and CYDEO Federal enter into a contract, its terms control that work, not these terms.

Sending us an inquiry does not create a contract or a confidential relationship. You keep any rights you have in what you send us, and you allow us to use it to respond and to evaluate and pursue the opportunity, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

You may view the site, download the capability statement, and contact us. You agree not to:

• copy or crawl the site with automated tools in a way that places an unreasonable load on it (ordinary search engine indexing is fine);
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting, probe or test its security without our written permission, or interfere with its operation;
• upload or send malware or other harmful code;
• use the site or our contact details to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages;
• misrepresent your identity, or suggest you are affiliated with CYDEO Federal when you are not; or
• use the site in violation of any law.

We may block access to the site for anyone who breaks these rules.

Intellectual property

The site's content, including its text, images, design, and the capability statement, and the CYDEO Federal name and logo, belong to CYDEO Federal LLC, CyberTEK LLC d/b/a CYDEO, or their licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may download, copy, and share the capability statement, without changes, to evaluate CYDEO Federal for a procurement, a teaming arrangement, or a similar business purpose. Any other use requires our written permission. You may not use our name or marks to suggest that we endorse you or have agreed to work with you.

Third-party names and references

The site names government agencies, programs, laws, and standards only to describe markets and requirements. Naming them does not mean that any agency or organization endorses CYDEO Federal, is affiliated with it, or has contracted with it. Other names and marks belong to their owners.

No warranties

We provide the site and its content "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. See also our Disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CYDEO Federal and its members, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some laws do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and a third party brings a claim against us as a result, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, including reasonable attorneys' fees.

Government users

If you use the site in your official capacity for a federal, state, or local government agency, the Indemnity and Governing law and venue sections apply only to the extent the law allows your agency to accept them.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site or these terms will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in or serving Fairfax County, Virginia, and you and we consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new effective date. The version posted when you use the site applies to that use.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a term, we have not waived it. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the site.
